Animation Problems

Im having problems w/ my animations for some animals
im running RUNUO2.1-R605

The beetles are purple llamas
kirins are brown horses
swamp dragons are ostards
etc etc

Some one told me to update from the SVN 665 which i did and still not working can iv tried everything i can think of can someone please help me out? Very VERY much appreciated im about to punch my mointor

FYI, this is probably the wrong forum for a question like this.

Sounds like it's a problem with your client. Are you using a patched/custom client? Try re-installing UO fresh and see if that fixes it.
