Any way to get MyRunUOSpawner?

I've been using MyRunUOSpawner and had to reinstall windows on my computer, and now I see the download site is gone, and my copy no longer works. I'd like to find it again since I'm still using Megaspawner until Gigaspawner can convert my spawn files. Are there any active download sites still?
