Why it works in Fullmode would be a question for krrios, but I can tell you I doubt your video card supports DirectX 9.0 which Playuo uses.

click start run then type in dxdaig and click the display tab youll see how much mbs your card has or kbs LOL. but i get a different error yet the same in a way i gotta 16mb video card and i get this error.....
