GM commands or Admin commands ? Im not sure what the GM commands are but Ill check .

Assuming that your command prefix is '[' you would be able to just type [help to display all the commands for your current access level.

That means that if you're a gm and type [help you will see a complete list of commands available to a gm on your server.

Otherwise I recommend consulting the runuo documentation in the runuo folder which should give enough information to help you.

Make sure you do not 'demote' your admin character on your shard to gm otherwise it's a bit of work getting it back to admin level (well a bit of editing anyway).

Good luck,

I've seen it yes... but I try to work from the distro when it comes to answering questions to prevent confusion (especially in the new join forum).

If I were to tell people to go download script x before doing action y I would open myself up to having to provide support for script x which may be the source of a whole new set of problems hehe.

Good addition though

Umm Purple I dont know what to tell ya about getting a printed list ... but as Cap said if you type [help in game you will get a list of all the commands the best way to view this entire list in game is to use your journal after using the [help command ..... Hope this helps you...

Edit: Looks like Brazen had the printed list .... lol Nice Brazen I think Ill copy that and send a few to my staff.. though I find its just as easy to use the help comand .

Nothing wrong with copy and paste lol.....

Dont know that I was much help Purple other then as Brazen said standing arround going "Um..." "hrrrm.." "well..." Lol but your welcome.

Otherwise I recommend consulting the runuo documentation in the runuo folder which should give enough information to help you.

I like to quote myself, it adds spice to my conversations :p

Don't forget to add to our reputation with those pretty buttons under our names hehe (Always wanted some of that)

Hrm quoting one's self..... *ponders* Not sure if that is whitty as all get out, or just sadly pathetic.... Just Kidding!!!

HA I quoted you instead :-P

Ok.. well... NOT at all dogging on anyone, I was afterall just teasing at ya's who posted while I was busily editing...

But I see the above, as something I tend to do ALL the time..... say things in such a way, that if you know what I'm talking about, you totally get it... but with noobs, doubly so here in the new join forum area... we have to erm.. become very descriptive and specific.... or they'll never understand even the most direct and "simple"of help. And in my case, if I CAN provide the full answer from another source, I do, afterall, why do the same work twice! LOL. Also, as she did not specify if she was admin or GM, I could not assume her to have actually installed RunUO on her system to have easy access to that document.

As a foot note, I also copied the above post of mine, to my own staff forums.. so they all can print it out easily as well.. honestly *shrugs* never thought of it before.... LOL

Did I give bad advice or something? Or should I not quote from the rules? If I did then I appologize. Since Stormwolff has made an example in the New Join forum that you can post a question completely off topic and it be ok. So now our searches can be even more cluttered up. New people can get confused, and we can just have a hell of a time helping people.
