hi i'm looking for someone who knows how to use centred. i can't seem to get it to work.

how do you get the centred server to work? it crashes on start up
ive configured the paths and it still crashes

i had problems back in the day setting mine up... want some help?
what are the steps you took to set up?

create a folder on your desktop, place cedserver (application) into that folder.
Go to your Ultima Online CLIENT folder (program files>ea games> etc.)
COPY FROM CLIENT:
map0.mul
radarcol.mul
staidx0.mul
statics0.mul
tiledata.mul
TO DESKTOP FOLDER, that you made for CenterED.

thats a piece of what you need to do; the next step, is telling me which client (SE, ML, SA, etc.)/
patch #. so we can figure out which map size you will be using...

Hey Tarn Blackhail, just bumped into this article and it helped me get the server up and running I REALLY appreciate it!

I recently had CED6.3(maybe 6.6) and saw that I should be using the newest one. I have it all ready to go, but I am having an issue with the UO files...I have a fully patched client and most of the mul files are fine except the map...it's listed as map0LegacyMUL.uop

don't really know what I'm doing with world building, was just getting into, but this seems like a problem lol

any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
