Character creation.cs question

I just started a shard back up and am running RunUO 2.5
I noticed when I started a test character that there are no items in my bank box like there were in times past. Since this is just a small shard for a few friend without much of an economy I would like to add all the things which Character Creation.cs says is added to bank box. Why are they not showing up?

Sorry for the newbie question but it has been years since I played with running a shard and I am a bit off. My last copy of RunUO was 1.0

Enable the Scripts/SpecialSystems/Engines/TestCenter.cs script then re-create your character

Ah! That's right, I forgot to enable the test center. Thanks a bunch!
