Constructor Of Frame

What does parametr "BinaryReader bin" in constructor of Frame mean? Is it the bmp on disk or frame in mul?

It is a System.IO.BinaryReader as found in the .Net FCL. You shouldn't be creating instances of Frame directly, only via calls to Animations.GetAnimation().
