Could we script our own spell ?

i would like to know if it will be possible for us to modify spells and/or add new one ?

else then i congratulate you for this job, yes it isn't finish but seems to be really good

Yes, as mentioned in the faq. Almost anything will be scriptable, from spells to low level network communications.
