disable gargoyle race how?

how do i disable gargoyle race at char making but i wanna keep all the SA just dont want then to use new race

You would have to comment out or remove all instances of the Gargoyle player race from Race.cs in the server core, RaceDefinitions.cs and CharacterCreation.cs in Misc. There may be more areas as well.
