I was thinking about Saddam gettin executed earlier, and I was thinking to myself how cool it must be to watch a man die. Now I know most states here use lethal injection, so all the action is taken out of it, but still. Watching someone die has got to be fun. Anyone know how much the people who administer executions get paid? What education/experience, if any is required for the job, etc?

Depends on the country, I guess. In the US: No idea. Over here: no death penalty. And in Iran/Iraq etc you probably dont want to have that job, executioners over there are treated like crap, they are tainted folks or something like that.
