Empty public shard = bad name

This is pointed on those that release their shard public, but nontheless, their shard are basicly empty, and only have vendors, and yes a huge 18*18 plot heavily decorated for the Admin. They release their shard without even few spawners, i mean this is really stupid :!:

Do you mean to gateway. I don't care either way really.
-. It sucks if you are looking for a shard to pk people on real quick and find an empty shard. (something i enjoy greatly)

-. However people with stupid friends might put it on there just so their friends that don't know how to add a custom shard to their list will be able to log and check out what they got.

Can be taken either way, basically just something you have to deal with though because they arent going anywhere :/
