{Format} Not Working?

Razor Version: 0.1.9.36975
Emulator Logging Into: UO Gamers
Client Version: 4.0.1b
Brief problem Description:
Downloaded the latest version of Razor (0.1.9.36975) and when I try to use {Format} to show the counters etc in the title bar it just shows the text "{Format}". If I use the codes for the specific items ({aids} etc) it works, but the format one doesn't. Not a huge deal just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
