Goods Chest (version 1.0) - Resources

Nice fun little source of resources for players and works well as a goldsink.
When spawned it sets its contents as a significant random quantity of a resource randomly selected from a list at a discounted price. The player upon finding a goodschest, mouses over it to see what goods are inside and how much the contents are worth. If the player wants the goods then they double click the chest. If they have either a bankcheck of the exact value of the consignment or enough gold to cover the cost...
