Help - Razor infinite loop problem

I just ran Razor, and it installed an auto-update. However, it says it needs to restart, and when it does so, it downloads the update again, applies it, and says it needs to restart again. It happens so fast that I can't even Cancel it out, but it just keeps restarting. It also keeps drawing focus from other apps, making it active, so I can't even let it run because nothing else will retain focus long enough to use it.

Please advise.
