House commands don't work for a player
I have the weirdest problem...
House commands such as "I wish to lock this down" or "I wish to place a trash barrel" or whatever.... None of those commands seem to work for one of my players.
He is completely patched to the latest, and he is running SE as a client. We tried a couple things, like deleting and recreating the home, no love... I even went as far as made him a whole new account, create a new player, gave him a placement tool and had him place a new home, still no housing commands will work for him.
It does work for everyone else.
I have no idea why it's not working for him.... Any ideas?
