house decay?!

I am using the latest SVN and have edited the housedecay and dynamic decay to make them decay every 90 days but still it decayed quickly. Could someone please upload a house decay and i will figure out your changes myself to make it work for my shard?

I just mean to pick someone's brain who has a working decay system with a different time, using the latest svn!
