How do i update a 2.3 server? and how high can i update?

Hi i am trying to make a server for my family and i to play but i am having allot of problems. i am hoping that if i update the server to where it is supposed to be i can have a fully spawned gameworld to play in. please help!

I'm not sure what you're asking. But if you do a fresh install of Runuo 2.3, it should be compatible with the newest client downloadable from the Ultima Online website. After you successfully install runuo, you will need to spawn your world (NPC's, monsters, etc.) using a compatible spawning system (such as Nerun's distro). That should be all that you need to get you started playing.
