Can anyone tell me what the skill numbers mean with their xx.x / xx.x thing when looking at what's needed for an item?

The Info page is what you mean, i believe..
The first skill #00.0 is the Amount of skill you have in that skill..
The next #00.0 is the amount required to make that item.

11.2 / 60.0 means you have 11.2 inscription skill out of the 60% required to make that specific item.

yes i think thats right your skill rating and then the req. skill, atleast thats how it is with the blacksmithy skill

You are probly right.. I noticed as well that the #'s are not completly correct. ( just a few )
Anyway, If Sicklab wanted that a Clone to OSI, then the Showing of your skill would not be there at all. Only the Required skill of the item you are viewing from that info page. But, surly it will be corected soon. ;)

Unless OSI changed it within the last few weeks..
