I recently switched from Shaw to a company called CIA (http://www.cia.com). They actually re-sell Shaw, just cheaper.

$39.95 a month for 7mbit cable + VoIP service. Pretty damn good if you ask me.

If this deal sounds too good to be true, it is.. but it isn't. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, but the actual service is awesome. CIA saves us about $70 compared to Shaw (cable) and Rogers (home phone).
