login error plz help

when i try to login it gives me this error.


Appliction has generated an excption that could not be handled

Process id=0x4f8 (1272), Thread id=0x648 (1608).


and it just shows the verifying account screen.

can someone plz help me with this?

UO gives you that error, or RunUO gives you that error ?

I would guess you didn't use UO-RICE or UOGATEWAY to connect to your shard.
