Looking for Old Classic UO, with OLD IPY2 patch

Hi, me and a friend are running a server and would like to have old UO from 1997, but the client patched and its all this new stuff, we liked IPY2 and wondered how do we have that type of patch? Anyone have the old IPY2 patch we could use? Thanks

Also anyone know the command to make another person a GM as well?

There working on IPY3. I may be the same patch.

You can use the [admin command to change account or individual player access levels.
Or I think [set accesslevel gamemaster. It can also be done by editing the Accounts.XML.
