Mines (version 0.0.1) - Players can place mines!

What is this?
This is a new item: Mines. Players can place mines in the ground(They decay after 30 minutes). When stepped on, the mine explodes and the victim is damaged(30-75 damage).

How do we use it?
Place it in your \Customs\ folder and find a way to give players mines, they only need to double click the mine.

Just a suggestion, offer a method (such as skill requirement) to disarming these for players who actually see them.. not just the owner.
