Has anyone dealt with these people? Are they good or what?

I am looking for a replacement provider for my game server and was checking them out.

Is who I use and haven't had any issue/problems with them so far... have tutorials/pdfs available for some step-by-step things that I found helpful in getting mine running with them... haven't been with them that long so this is only based on a couple of weeks, not long term.
