Necromancer Vendor

This is a Necro Vendor which sells spell book, all necro scrolls, and reagents.
KeeperOfNecro and SBKeeperOfNecro are included. Just drop in and restart. Never understood why there was a vendor for everything else but not necromancy. Of course you can ajust the prices to your liking. This is for RunUO 2.0 RC1

It's nice someone did this... AGAIN! It's been done atleast 2 other times and exists in the Archives at the very least, may be in this forum somewhere.

There was a version that was OSI like and all it did was sell the Spellbook and the reagents... I THINK the varietydealer in a "Default" copy of RunUO also sells the NecroBook and the reagents.
