New Error Message (yes i've already searched)

OK, for you all who will say "This is another noob that didn't search the fourm" You're wrong. I have searched the fourm and I haven't seen this error message yet.

I get this when I try to login. (yes I have UOgateway and did everything like that one post listed)

the packet part is what I can't get... and it hangs at connecting.

btw I am using client 2.0.3

Maybe you should update your client, newest version is like 3.0.8q or something. Get with the times man :-P

yah its called uo.exe in your uo directory
freckin patch up your client.

Anyway I cannot patch once i've edited my login file and I don't have a copy of the original.

Oh AND I DON'T FEEL LIKE REINSTALLING AGAIN!

keep getting errors while patching... I've disabled norton already.. any suggestions?

Reinstall... and I will be frank. I dont care if you dont feel like it We dont distribute the client files because its illegal, nor do we condone others doing so.

Its not illegal... its illegal to distribute the entire game but you can't do anything without the other files...

And its not like there aren't 3rd party clients out there...

Anyway back to the original problem... read my first post in this thread.

Yes, that client.exe file is copyright by EA. It is ILLEGAL TO DISTRIBUTE IT. 3rd party clients are a totally different subject.

Ok the newer client fixed the problems.. I am now using 3.0.0c
