Is it possible to add a new skill into the Skill List menu from the paperdoll?

If not, is it possible to change the skillname on the list to something else?

well if im correct this is in the core of ultima online, and not runuo..... I do think its possible if you know the language. But i would think it would be a very lenghty and aggreviating process.

But im not sure of this so dont take my word
