I need to know how to change the logo and text on my phpbb forums

Click on this:

Go to Administration Panel

Then go to:

General Admin

Configuration

And edit all your settings there....

Now how do i change the lil "PHP" logo?

Jeasus man do I gotta do EVERYTHING for you?

Look under the dir called:

Templates

then

subSilver

then

images


Find the Image called:

logo.gif (or somthing like that)

and change it to what you want it to be....

Ok...now how do i change the theme with one big file upload? I don't want to go through and upload one file at a time. so how do i get the WHOLE file onto the templete folder?
