Player Housing in Toens

I am looking into allowing players to place houses in guarded region within the town. I Want to have a safe place for player to purchase good from player vendors. My server does not permit recall/gate travel and I do not want to discourage players from making a purchase only to die 30 seconds later by the thief hiding in the corner. When I have homes placed inside the towns guarded region soon as you enter the building you leave the protection of the town guards. I also tried using Knivestownhouese and have the same results. Was wondering if someone can assist me or push me in the right direction.

Have you looked at the region files? Or housePlacement.cs (if there is one).
