[Question]Unhandled Packets in log

We get 2 unhandled packets in the packet.log - These both come from the same client and only this client. They occure quite often I might add - 32 occurances in the log file.

Client: 204.XX.XXX.XXX: Unhandled packet 0xBF
Client: 204.XX.XXX.XXX: Unhandled packet 0xD7

Curious what causes an unhandled packet and if unhandled packets can cause server issues.
Our server allows Razor but no other outside programs like Easy UO, etc.
Might it be coming from an outside program and are these unhandled packets something we should be concerned about?

might want to check what version of UO he is running compared to yours - if they are very different versions - it could be that

otherwise - it could be a 3rd party program trying to do soem funny stuff

0xBF is a Misc command packet and 0xD7 is a AOS command packet... (at least according to wpdev.org)
