RadMap Copy and Worldforge

After many years and source code lost i released new programs version.

PS: I remember problems with CentrED and staidx file, but can't find latest source code and RadMap Copy 3 don't have fix for it (maybe it works well now).

What problems? As i remember ther were only problems with statics which contain unexisting items.
