Razor hangs at "verifying account"

I'm not sure what the problem is but its driving me nuts. I can log into my server just fine without Razor. When I use Razor though it hangs at "verifying account". The admins on my server have used Teamviewer to get it working again several times now.

It seems every time I shut my pc down all the changes get "undone" somehow. I am running Windows 8 (yes, I know. I hate it too!)
