[RC2] Players cannot connect, but I can! Help!

I am behind router. I have set port forwarding correctly. It's forwarded to my server's internal ip (192.168.1.222) Tested on portcheck, says it's OK.
Windows firewall is disabled.
Not running vista.
Using fresh install.
Serverlist.cs is properly configured.
(Server says listening on: 192.168.1.222, port: 2593)

Still, players cannot connect. (client says: Could not connect to Ultima Online)
Only I can connect, if I use 192.168.1.222:2593 on UOConnect. Even I can't login if I use my external ip:2593 on UOConnect.
What's the problem??

I've been searching forums for days, but no avail. Please, help!

hmm if i understand right you gave them this ip:
192.168.1.222 ?

Go to What's My IP Address? and give the IP that site gives you. Nobody but somebody behind that very router can use that one you gave your friend earlier. Make sure to take down any firewalls that are up too.

of course i am giving my external ip (whatismyip.com's) to players, not internal. thats not the problem.

i dunno about 2.0 but i know on my shard which is 1.0 even with everything configured noone could connect til i changed to fixits serverlist u might try lookin for something similiar for 2.0 i have no clue why but my 1.0 shard did the same thing til i swapped serverlists and its worked fine since.
