if you have this error there are 2 problems on your PC:
1) framework is not installed
2) region editor is not installed propely.

.Net is definetly installed, because Pandora's Box works properly.

oh i downloaded an english version

the install is the same dont know if it was the same one but it is on aryas site

BTW, does someone compiled RE2? Phantom (User in this forum) offers the sourcecode on sf.net. But this is Visual Studio 2005, which can't compile with VS Toolkit 2003.
