[RunUO 2.0 RC1] World Travel Atlas *Updated* fixed exploits

First off I did not make this script all credit goes here:

All I did was add a few checks to the system before players can use the book.

1.) Over weight check (if a player is over weighted they can not use the book)

2.) Players can no longer get out of jail with this book.

3.) Added but not tested the factions sigil check if a player has an enemies sigil *they should* not be able to use the book to get away with it.


Just thought I would bring my copying and pasting expertise in and make this script even better That and this my first script release for runuo 2.0

Small change needed in tram dungeon section , it has the solen hive listed as Fel but is for Tram but great work ty

Anyway to keep this from working during combat? Players keep biting off more than they can chew, then teleporting out. Manually moving the angry monsters after them is a bit tiring.
