[runuo 2.2] pre-t2a server package House Issue

Hello.. This is a awesome Package and something i am trying to use with a custom map.

Has anyone else had issues with the placement of house's on this core?

I as a admin can place a home.. but its not working correctly.. also when i place a classic home i cant open the door and it says i do not have access to it.. no way to wipe the house and have to reboot the server..

any ideas why this is?
