[Say for NPC and Spawn preset appearance of NPC

Hello, I don't really understand those scripts.. but I need to make some things to work on my RP shard with friends ^^

First question: Is there any possibility to make NPC speak? I think.. something like [Say command for NPC?

Second question: I would like to create a predefined guard.. "predefined" I mean, that guard have a full plate armor with a blue cloak for example, just for RP actions. My vision: spawn guard fully equipped with a blue cloak for ex. It's really boring to give them clothes one by one.

First: yeah, from scripts you have the Say() method. If you want to make them say by using a [Say command, you will have to code it

Second: Scripts\Mobiles\Guards\ and modify them as you wish
