[Stealing] Fillable Container issues to start.

[RESOLVED]
The fillable containers that are spawned all over town with items can not be stolen from.
I have tested this on my player and others have tested this also.

We are running SVN 665, Patch 7.0.12.1

Has anyone else had an issue with this, my thieves in training are a little miffed

Thanks for the reply, I found the issue that on merge had been placed incorrectly.
