there is an error when opening runuo server

i have runuo downloaded n everything... but when i try to open my server.... it says thers an application error.. and says it failed to initialize properly...i cant figure it out...

.NET is typically installed by Windows Updates. You can also download an installer if you look around microsoft's website.

As a side note. . .the archive forum is probably not the best place to get support.
