What are they for and how are they to be used?

If you open the Info Browser, you can go through all the commands, swing times, and spell times. I think the macro to open the Info Browser is "-" by default.

Well, those are pure Krrios commands. ". charmacros", for example, is going to be used to make, AFAIK, individual macro file for each PC. However, i've never found where the macroses are stored and how it's going to work. Say, what if i have the same name for PCs on different shards? What those Krrios commands are doing and how i'm supposed to use them?

. leapfrog-leapfrogs items like ore, just pick up item (dont drop it) and say the command
. move-no idea
. uoam-connects you to an UOAM sever

. noto toggles the nororiety query for attacking innocents.
. move (target an item, then target a container and it will move all those item types from your pack to that container)
. uoam = broken.
