map making? www.orsydia.ca UO landscaper and soon their new genisys project
Building items:
small items on the fly: pandoras box - 1 verson in runuo postshere origional here: Pandora's Box
large buildings and multiple of them, etc: UO architect at OrBSydia Developer Network again
world spawning: Neuron Distro in the script release section
art work: mulpatcher - find in these threads also
if not any of those catagories, then need to be more specific

just tried the link and it worked fine - clik on the UO Pic and it takes you to the UO based forums
