Yo, I need help getting my Port Forwarding !!

So yeah... My friend made a server and he is trying to get me in. One problem is he can't figure out the Port Forwarding on his Linksys Router. I've tried to help him and I've read alot of things. But I can't seem to find out how to do it. Can I get any help here?
