Young player has logged in announcement to staff (Credit goes to Tabain and Vorspire)

Credit goes to Tabain and Vorspire for their help coming up with this script. What it is: Every time a new player logs in an announcement is given to the staff. I just thought someone could find a use for it. Enjoy
