Depends on your definition of "enforce" lol. To me enforce = hardcoded, now as for changability level that is a different story lol. Its definitely not enforced in my opinion nor hard to change house limits either.
P.S. If the not wanting the OSI UO Emulator was aimed at me, I really don't care one way or the other long as I can change things that we aren't wanting to be like osi. You know things like the stupid messages that spam you ever 2 minutes when you have a page queued LOL. Why do all players have to be subject to that on OSI? lol

OMGGGGGGGG that would totally piss me off, hell if I'd pay to play somewhere like that LOL.
So yes I like the workings of how OSI is setup but not the stupidity of it.
