OK here's what I'm getting

I read the readme, copied the pm, but for some reason I keep getting this error.

" - Error: Script\Mobiles\PlayerMobile.cs: CS0246: (line 83, column 11) The type or namespace name 'PaintBallGame' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)"
" - Error: Scripts\Mobiles\PlayerMobile.cs: CS0246: (line 84, column 10) the type or namespace name 'PaintBallGame' could notbe found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)... etc etc etc

So what's the deal?

What namespace is PaintBallGame and what exactly is PaintBalLGame?

You didn't copy all of the required files from the zip, thus the error.

Trust me it works if you follow the directions in the readme.

PaintBall Game

You can get the file at: http://ike.no-ip.com under the files section.

First start by unzipping the file in your custom scripts folder.
type: [add PaintBallGame
Set the properties of the stone before any players join the game.
After all players join, GM double click stone to start the game.
Game Length is 2hours long, or till a team wins.
When Game starts a Game control sword is created, along with a scoreboard.
End game at anytime by Removing stone.

Every three hits by the PaintBallSword and/or bow will change the color of the opponents
armor. Once the playermobile hits 18paint hits. The player is ejected from the game.
Depending on the GameType, once all opponent teams are eliminated, a message is sent to each player in
the last team standin that they won the game.

GM Control:

Once the game stone is doubled clicked by a GM, a gump appears telling the GM how many players are on
each team. If dis-satisfied with that number just press cancel and players can continue to join the
game. Once you press okay, the game is started, the players are un-frozen and free to move. You may
eject a player at anytime. Weather you start the game or not. Just use props on the player and set
Team to None. The game will realise this and promply eject the player and remove him from the team
roster. Once another player double clicks the game stone, it will fill the space so the teams will
equal out.

Even though you change a Player from Team One to Team Two using the props menu, this is highly not
recommended and could have unwanted actions during the end. So use that option at your own risk. The
main idea of using props is to eject players only.

Once you start the game, two items will appear in you pack. A GMControlSword, and a scoreboard. By
single-clicking on the scoreboard, it will correctly display each team, and how many mobiles are still
in the game for each team. Once the GameStone is removed, these items will disappear if you try to
move or equip the item. Do not use one GameControlSword for (GameA) in (GameB) this will mostly
likely cause the server to crash...so just dont do it. I simply just remove the code where the GMSword
is created. I personally use the props. It's just a safer way to go about it.

If game reaches the two hour limit, by god i hope it never does, all players are removed, stripped of
all armor and weapons, and the GameStone is deleted.

The GameTimer starts when the first mobile double clicks the stone. So the two-hour limit starts then.
If you want, you could start another timer first. A waiting timer. After lets say, 15mins the real
game timer starts. Thats up to you. Or just increase the GameTime to a higher amount if two hours
isnt enough.

FYI:
I have it set up right now, when a team wins, they only recieve a msg saying they won. I did this on
purpose. I wanted to personally talk to the winning team and hand them there prizes. If you do this
remember to place there prize in their bank, if you dont, the item will be deleted once they are
removed from the game. You can also edit my code, so it resets all game controls to default, removes
there armor, then places a prize in their backpack. Up to you.

Its funny because I have fixed about 3 different paintballgame ondoubleclick problems with at least half a dozen people. You would think one of them would be able to post the fix for everyone.

is there any way u can make this game work without skills?
when my players go in then gm archers always win
is there a way to make like tactics and archery gm when they go in and drop them when they go out or just make the game not skill based?

It really sucks because of it being also affected by dex, some one with zero archery and 100 dex, could easily take out some one with 50 archery and 20 dex, because they hit faster. Ah well, great script either way, cheers :D

I edited my playermobile and even added that thing that wasnt in the readme to the playermobile, but i get this one error.
