It's an older system so I can't remember exactly how it works, but I'm going through all of my revived systems and fixing them up for the new RunUO releases so I will get around to this one at some point soon
A lot of the code I've wrote in the past year alone now appears to me as sloppy and inefficient or even rushed and I want to provide these systems for the community in the new age of RunUO 2.2
