[UOSDK] Skills Module

Hi all.

I've been working on a new Developer Helper apllication, as some may know.

Thanks to the UO SDK, it has made my life so much easier - Special thanks to Jeff

I have been analyzing the Skills.idx, Skills.mul and Skillgrp.mul data and have developed a module for inclusion with the UO SDK 2.x, it also includes a small File Mapping Chart which should help you to understand things about these 3 specific files.

Unfortunately, the Skillgrp.mul file is very random and I haven't been able to actually pair up the Skills with the Categories yet, although I don't see that becoming a problem in the future with the community's help. - I have managed to allow all Category Names to be parsed effectively though, so at least they can be read.
