Wanted to do the loss of karma for destruction of graves and to do possibility to dig a grave only one time with an interval in 10 minutes
With the first I understood. Did the loss of karma:

from.Karma = (from.Karma)-150;
from.SendLocalizedMessage( 1019065 ); // You have lost a good amount of karma.

How to do that digging a grave was possible only one time and a next attempt was possible only in 10 minutes. It is possible to dig infinitely from one grave.

Keep in mind

If you use grave dirt images as a part of your custom areas the shovel will allow them to spawn mobs in that area. Just saying this cause I had a custom graveyard set up in my gateroom for corpse retrieval with a corpse stone. I just so happen to think to my self "what if they tried to dig a grave here?" I had to laugh at myself when I had paragons running around. Nice script btw ty.
