Those files sizes look fine. Also, do a properties on each of the yellow folders that are under the C Drive.

shared 29.0 MB (30,470,339 bytes) docs87.3 MB (91,616,607 bytes) and the pagefile is holding 720MB that seems like a extramly BIG# of megabites for my computer to sotre in ONLY 1 file..

The pagefile is swap space for the operating system. 720MB isn't too big for that.

Do you see any other yellow folders under the C Drive?

Right click on the c drive and see how much space the hard is reporting for itself

What about the size of Program Files and Windows?

K. Time for something a little radical.

goto start->run and type in cmd

that should bring up a command prompt

once the command prompt is up type in this command

dir /s > c\fileoutput.txt

nope. all it says is documents and seting then my name

"cd ..\.."

and then type in this command

"dir /s > c\fileoutput.txt"

Make sure you put the command in exactly as I have it.

See if a file called fileoutput.txt is sitting on the root of your C Drive.
