i dont know what it is your trying to do...
Once again it looks like your using the old version of my combination of forum scripts package
or your trying to add an older online messaging system (which has been know to crash some shards)
Am I correct or incorrect??

you cant delete that but you can remove the messaging system (which im guessing is the problem since no one has told me yes or no)
